Explaining the obvious

"That's not available to staff members."

"So how do they get it?"

"They don't - that's what 'not available' means."

Comprehension of fairly simple English IS a requirement in your workplace, isn't it?

Opinion is divided on that. In principle, a working knowledge of English would be an advantage, but lately the Stress Fiend has taken to punishing clients who actually read the emails she sends them.
